Array bibi, yay to Kurracchee hai, Amreeka nahin hai! This is the standard line that Pakistanis use to legitimize illegal, idiotic, dangerous, mindless behaviour - from running a red light to polluting the streets, to turning right without any indication, to doing whatever they want to do that they shouldn't be doing.

The same people who look at you as if you're mad when you demand an explanation for irrational, reckless behaviour, in Pakistan, are transformed into meek, model citizens in other countries. What is this syndrome?
