Beyond Information Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
To succeed in the Internet Age, we believe we have to be like the Internet itself: open, flat, nonhierarchical, experimental. In traditional companies, individuals are separated by hierarchical distance and organizational boundaries. We stress the interconnection of people and ideas as well as the ability to combine and recombine ideas for competitive advantage.
We do not allow management processes to get in the way of innovation. Whilst discipline and structure are necessary for sustained performance and future growth, they must never force an individual to climb the painful ladder of hierarchy to get approval for a new idea. At BITS, all employees have the same potential to shape the destiny of the company as the Chairman and CEO.

We also strongly believe in experiments. Starting enough experiments results in finding big new businesses. It might take 500 ideas and 50 experiments to get 5 truly interesting businesses and projects. However, big business at the end is not possible without experiments at the beginning.

Every individual at BITS is encouraged, in fact, pushed, to think out of the box. While everyone has a specific designation, and must perform according to a job description, no boundaries or limits are set for innovation and exploration of new concepts and methodologies, even entirely new roles. The doors of Senior Management are always open and receptive to constructive criticism, as well as discussions relating to change and new directions.

Our work methodology is based on collaboration and teamwork. As "end-to-end solution providers", not merely "technology implementors", we foster and nurture the spirit of collaboration on every client and internal engagement. Unique customer experiences require the input of all members of the company and no employee is permitted to work in isolation, except of course when they need to exercise their right to "personal space".

In order to create a sensitive, humane workforce, regular sessions on issues outside the realm of Information Technology, are conducted. These events provide a platform for the dissemination of knowledge, heated arguments, and reflection. Everyone is encouraged to participate and share ideas and experiences.
